• Responsible for driving growth and profitability through trade expansion in a specific area, such as MEP, Waterproofing, or Geotextiles • Develops, tracks, and adjusts annual financial and non-financial goals and objectives to support growth of trade expansion in the region • Collaborates with the field and functional teams to ensure the right inventory and supplier programs are in place • Drives sales and ensures profitability of trade expansion in the region for engineered products • Manages support roles in the region and develops and manages the team to advance our trade expansion in aligned trades
