📋 Description

• Plan, configure, and maintain the Workday Human Resource Information System (HRIS) • Configure Workday modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Talent Management • Perform regular audits and troubleshoot data discrepancies to ensure data integrity • Provide technical support and training to HR associates • Identify process improvements and system enhancements to optimize HR operations • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for HR decision-making and strategic planning • Ensure HRIS compliance with legal, regulatory, data privacy, and security requirements • Lead and participate in HRIS projects, including upgrades, implementations, and integrations • Communicate system changes and benefits • Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to align system functionality with organizational goals • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems, independently develop solution approaches, and make decisions under uncertainty • May oversee project and assignment completion, including planning, assigning, monitoring, reviewing progress and accuracy, and evaluating results • Contribute to employees' professional development without hiring or firing authority

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline • Alternatively, MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field • 5+ years of experience with the full Workday ecosystem • Experience serving as a Workday subject matter expert and performing complex Workday system configurations and set-up activities • Proficiency in writing advanced reports and dashboards using Report Writer and Discovery Boards • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills • Workday certification(s) in relevant modules preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a diverse and extremely fast-paced environment while collaborating and building strong relationships with business partners and team members • Results-driven, detail-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and work independently • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management required • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field • Certification is required in some areas
