📋 Description

• Directly supervise onsite labor teams, including WhiteWater field staff and subcontractors. • Assign daily tasks, manage crew productivity, and ensure adherence to project schedules. • Perform and oversee waterslide maintenance activities. • Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met. • Provide hands-on technical guidance to crew members related to gelcoat application and coating practices. • Interact professionally with park operators, maintenance teams, and site representatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction, coatings, composites, or industrial maintenance. • Hands-on experience with fiberglass repair and gelcoat application. • Industrial or specialty coatings experience. • Steel surface preparation and painting knowledge. • Experience supervising field crews in active jobsite conditions. • Proficiency with basic reporting tools and mobile jobsite documentation. • Willingness to travel for extended periods and work flexible schedules, including shutdowns and night work when required.
