• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction, coatings, composites, or industrial maintenance. • Hands-on experience with fiberglass repair and gelcoat application. • Industrial or specialty coatings experience. • Steel surface preparation and painting knowledge. • Experience supervising field crews in active jobsite conditions. • Proficiency with basic reporting tools and mobile jobsite documentation. • Willingness to travel for extended periods and work flexible schedules, including shutdowns and night work when required.
