• Act as the main point of contact for assigned commercial insurance accounts. • Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide suitable coverage recommendations. • Review policies for accuracy, identify coverage gaps, and propose necessary adjustments. • Coordinate with insurance carriers to secure competitive quotes and negotiate terms. • Assist clients with claims, ensuring prompt and fair resolution. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes to insurance products. • Provide proactive and exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in commercial lines insurance account management. • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations. • Familiarity with insurance carriers, underwriting processes, and rating practices. • Proficiency in using insurance management systems and MS Office Suite. • Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
