📋 Description

• Serve as Finance Business Partner for Communications, Marketing, and other functional teams • Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning • Develop and maintain financial models to surface trends, risks, and opportunities • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including variance analysis and KPIs • Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders • Build relationships with cross-functional leaders and guide planning cycles • Identify inefficiencies and lead improvements to financial planning, reporting, and tracking • Support strategic cross-team initiatives, including global fundraising campaigns and grant-funded community events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 5+ years in financial analysis and planning • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting • Fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and modern financial modeling and data visualization tools • Ability to translate financial complexity into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders • Ability to operate independently in a remote, multicultural team spanning multiple time zones • Current work authorization in the hiring location for non-US employees
