📋 Description

• Run partnership operations, including order processing, month-end reconciliations, invoicing, briefs, and follow-ups • Build scalable workflows, maintain documentation, and automate routine tasks using AI and modern software tools • Create partner decks, one-pagers, and performance updates • Support the Willful for Professionals platform for financial advisors, including inbound sales materials and meetings • Design and produce campaign assets including static graphics, short-form video, co-branded emails, and social content • Ship campaigns on time and keep internal parties informed, aligned, and accountable • Develop practical creative ideas for new partner activations • Track partner-sourced revenue and transaction volume • Build and refine reporting across partnership channels • Share straightforward updates on performance and areas for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Legally able to work in Canada • Track record of executing projects in an agency, startup, freelance, or fast-paced environment • Design and asset creation skills, including basic video editing • Familiarity with Figma and Notion • Active use of AI tools in workflow • Ability to take direct feedback and iterate rapidly • Ability to identify and improve systems proactively • Clear writing and ability to represent a brand well to external partners • Ability to analyze and share relevant metrics internally and externally • Bonus: bilingual in French and English, written and verbal • Bonus: 1 to 3 years in marketing, sales, partnerships, or project coordination • Bonus: experience running sales, business development, or discovery calls • Bonus: video editing expertise • Bonus: background in trust-based industries such as finance, law, or health
