• Support the instructional and operational needs of a designated academic program at Williamsburg Learning • Attend the program’s weekly L10 meeting to stay aligned on priorities and mentor needs • Assist during live classes, maintaining student engagement and contributing to collaborative activities • Grade assignments using established rubrics and guidelines • Maintain and update Canvas course pages and prepare courses for upcoming semesters
• High School Diploma required • Demonstrated experience or academic background in the subject area of the assigned program • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage delegated priorities and adjust workload based on program needs • Experience using learning management systems (Canvas preferred) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with instructional staff • Interest in developing as an educator; experience working with students preferred
