📋 Description

• Execute an effective and innovative sourcing strategy to identify exceptional talent • Conduct complex internet searches using various tools and resources • Network and build candidate pools for diverse roles • Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates • Maintain strong client and candidate relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Adaptability and flexibility in changing environments • Strong organizational and time management skills • Familiarity with social media and MS Suite programs
