📋 Description

• Respond to client requests with timeliness and accuracy • Process trade orders from financial advisors • Process account opening applications, transfer paperwork, money movements, and other custodial tasks • Manage notes, activities, workflows, and reports in the CRM • Manage and execute client deliverables after advisors’ meetings • Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, paperwork, and follow-up tasks via phone and email • Assist with process improvement • Solve issues to provide excellent client service • Assist with client billing • Participate in Zoom interviews and assessments during the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of financial services experience • Prior remote working experience • Adept and skilled with technology, 3rd party software, and Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) • Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlines • Organization skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently while prioritizing projects and managing time • Ability to learn and implement new technology and software quickly • Ability to communicate well with clients and colleagues and work in a collaborative environment • Ability to follow office processes and policies related to office operations and client privacy • Must be available in Eastern or Central time zones
