📋 Description

• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing performance with business goals and global market needs. • Partner with marketing, product, and technology teams to optimize full-funnel campaigns across paid, organic, and email channels. • Oversee testing and experimentation to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention performance. • Track and analyse KPIs to guide continuous improvement. • Grow, mentor, and support a capable marketing team, ensuring excellence in execution.

🎯 Requirements

• MBA from a highly recognized business school in India. • Minimum 6 years of marketing experience focused on U.S. markets. • Proven success managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels. • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and SEMrush. • Demonstrated ability to lead teams while remaining actively involved in strategy, testing, and optimization.
