β’ Review initial, interim and annual recertification files. β’ File reviews must be accurate and the volume of files reviewed per day must meet company standards. β’ Provide written review of files that provides clear instructions to site staff for completing corrections so that files can be approved in a timely manner. β’ Ensure all information is accurate and entered in the Property Management Software. β’ Comply with company policies regarding the proper treatment of applicant and residents' personal/private information and maintaining such records in accordance with local, state and/or federal law. β’ Ensure that files comply with the regulations of all funding/regulatory agencies, such as HUD and IRS. β’ Perform special assignments as necessary.
β’ High school diploma or GED equivalent. β’ 1-3 years of relevant property management experience. β’ 1-3 years of relevant experience in compliance with file reviews. β’ Minimum of 3-5 years of Low Income Housing Tax Credit and Project Based Section 8 program experience. β’ A current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy. β’ 25% travel required throughout assigned region. β’ Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft. β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. β’ Excellent customer service skills. β’ Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks. β’ Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
