• Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively managing changes in order requirements, timelines, and product specifications within a dynamic industry. • Prepare and process customer orders to ensure products are produced and shipped according to customer expectations. • Maintain pricing consistency in line with published guidelines or customer quotations. • Collaborate with the Winpak Graphics Department to provide relevant information for customer graphic requests. • Obtain approval for any deviations from standard terms before accepting customer orders. • Manage territory inventory in compliance with company policies and special agreements. • Assist in the collection of receivables and ensure accurate and timely completion of expense reports. • Communicate changes in orders or requirements, such as lead times, product changes, or order size, to both customers and head office. • Address customer complaints promptly and coordinate corrective action with the appropriate personnel. • Travel as necessary within the assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities, provide sales forecasts, and attend trade shows and seminars, while maintaining adherence to budget and company policies.
• 5+ years of experience in a role that required you to identify and pursue sales opportunities, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets. • 5+ years of experience building long-term client relationships in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. • 5+ years of experience in a role that required cultivating and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. • 3+ years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track sales activity, customer interactions, and sales pipeline. • Demonstrated knowledge of resin materials, with the ability to evaluate their strengths and weaknesses for different applications. • Thorough understanding of thermoforming and various plastic manufacturing processes.
