📋 Description

• Obtain patient insurance information • Contact insurance companies to verify insurance coverage and ensure necessary procedures are covered • Enter patient benefit information accurately and ensure existing information is correct • Enter notes on upcoming appointments • Work with offices and Call Center Representatives communicating changes in patients’ insurance • Following up with monthly eligibility until surgery has been performed

🎯 Requirements

• Dental Medicaid verification experience a must • Texas Medicaid/MCO verification experience • Arizona Medicaid/MCO verification experience • Utah Medicaid/MCO verification experience • 2 years of dental experience • Previous Insurance experience preferred
