📋 Description

• Serve as the Lead Financial Advisor for the division. • Conduct retirement planning consultations with qualified prospects. • Convert appointment-generated opportunities into long-term client relationships. • Mentor and coach Financial Advisors. • Provide case design support and planning guidance. • Assist with advisor onboarding and development. • Participate in strategic growth initiatives. • Help build a national retirement planning platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Series 7 License • Active Series 66 License (or equivalent) • Active Life & Health Insurance License • Minimum 10 years of Financial Advisory experience • Strong retirement planning and client relationship management experience • Experience working with affluent and pre-retiree clients • Preferred CFP®, RICP®, ChFC®, or equivalent professional designation • Federal retirement planning experience • Advisor leadership experience • Experience coaching or mentoring advisors • Series 24 License • Independent Broker-Dealer or Hybrid RIA experience
