• Manage and coordinate the Cruise Line in-kind program in support of chapter wish requests • Advise and support chapters on program utilization • Collaborate with the Corporate Alliances team in securing, developing, and optimizing the in-kind resource for chapters • Ensure alignment with chapter needs and develop efficient processes and trainings • Communicate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Corporate Alliances, Medical Affairs, Finance, and the corporate partner • Analyze, track, and report on program utilization • Synthesize and share chapter feedback to improve program impact • Directly complete booking requests • Prepare and update program documentation, including request forms, process documents, and fact sheets • Perform other assigned duties
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visas or other immigration processes are not sponsored • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills for building and developing effective business relationships with national and chapter staff, vendors, and donors • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail • Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to handle multiple projects and deadline pressures • Discretion with confidential and sensitive information • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred • Experience with travel planning, including coordination of medical needs during travel • 1–3 years of non-profit experience required; experience in Make-A-Wish chapter or other federated not-for-profit organization preferred • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required, including demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Experience with Salesforce systems preferred • Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment • Travel required, up to 10% • May require work outside a traditional Monday–Friday work week and outside normal business hours
