📋 Description

• Partner with Risk Advisors on an assigned book of business • Manage day-to-day service processes and outputs • Support strategic, client-facing initiatives • Run point on each client’s renewal cycle • Maintain positive client relationships and serve independently in a client-facing capacity • Facilitate timely and accurate information flow between clients and Risk team members • Handle client open-item lists and ad-hoc requests • Gather and analyze data and draft stewardship reports and presentations • Support and monitor renewals, draft quote comparisons, and save binders, policies, and endorsements • Handle routine and sophisticated coverage inquiries • Serve as key client liaison for certificates, auto IDs, location additions, invoices, workers’ compensation notices, allocations, premium finance agreements, summaries of insurance, and policy transmittals • Monitor invoice generation, fee agreements, receivables, and collections; resolve problems • Ensure tools are understood and used; perform related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial insurance experience required, preferably in an Account Management role • Property & Casualty broker’s license strongly preferred, or to be obtained within 120 days of start date • High school diploma or equivalent required • Associates degree preferred • Experience supporting complex clients preferred • For candidates based in the United States, compensation and eligibility details apply to the U.S. role
