📋 Description
• Detailed review of plans for code compliance, missing information and inconsistencies • Evaluate review comments and markups for accuracy and clarifying compliance rationale • Short-form written clarification of review and compliance rationale • Using a simple web-app interface is necessary; comfort with screens and PDF plan review essential
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years commercial experience and extensive, hands-on QA/QC, permit/correction-letter experience required • Comfort reviewing plans on screen in a web app is essential • 10+ years commercial experience and extensive, hands-on permit/correction-letter experience required • ICC certification (Building/Combination/Fire Plans Examiner or MCP) or equivalent is required • A licensed or credentialed specialist: RA, PE/SE, FPE, CASp, or ICC specialty certification (Accessibility, Fire, Structural, or Energy Plans Examiner; MCP)
