📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic engine for the GTM organization. • Optimize revenue operations, drive efficiency, and maximize performance across operational functions. • Drive the day-to-day operational cadence and strategy. • Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue operations, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency. • Oversee day-to-day revenue operations teams and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards. • Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and implement actionable solutions. • Collaborate with FP&A, Procurement, IT, HR, Talent Acquisition, Deal Desk, Order Management, Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Operations, and Marketing Operations. • Lead and mentor operations professionals and provide professional development opportunities. • Partner with GTM Systems and Tools to implement and utilize operational systems. • Partner with GTM Analytics to develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards. • Partner with senior leadership on sales forecasting excellence, pipeline growth plans, and performance updates. • Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in revenue operations and recommend improvements. • Report to the GTM Operations Leader.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. • 10 years of experience in revenue operations or a related role in a similar capacity. • Experience as a senior, experienced leader who has managed a similar global team previously. • Experience managing and developing a team of operations professionals. • Experience with operational systems and tools, such as Salesforce, Forecasting Management, Commission Management, or Tableau. • Deep understanding of revenue operations processes, methodologies, and technologies. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship.
