📋 Description

• Perform title searches, verifying, reviewing and compiling information. • Examine title orders within company guidelines. • Research title plant software and analyze documents. • Prepare a comprehensive title commitment. • Provide title examination review of products and services. • Explain chain of title, exceptions, and requirements to customers. • Monitor errors committed by vendor partners and recommend corrective action.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of previous title examination experience. • Knowledge of Texas title examination laws and regulations. • Knowledge of Texas Title Plant Solutions available. • Strong English language and communication skills. • High school diploma; college experience is a plus.
