📋 Description

• Conduct routine data maintenance of sales, web, landfill, Visor and company landfill systems • Perform data entry into WM systems • Perform quality assurance reviews of account setups • Prepare customized bills, WM system exports, letters, and correspondence • Prepare volume and revenue reports for sales representatives and customers • Support billing inquiries or special bills • Coordinate waste profile renewals • Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems • Provide customer support via phone and email • Support the Key Accounts Sales Team through administrative coordination and customer data maintenance • Use data analysis and critical business thinking to streamline sales operations and enhance customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited) • 1 year relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement) • Must live and work in the US • Ability to perform the listed physical and occupational requirements, with reasonable accommodation available where applicable
