📋 Description

• Perform roll-forward analysis and assumption changes/impact for designated products • Handle regular production needs including quarter close and stat overlay • Handle ad hoc requests including hedging and ALM • Maintain and run valuation models using AXIS • Ensure the team follows a robust control framework and completes required tasks and documentation • Promote communication among valuation teams for knowledge transfer • Streamline business processes with emphasis on automation and maintainability • Develop documentation for existing processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience indicated in the job title for the Pune role • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent quantitative discipline • 2–3 years of experience in the life insurance domain • Cleared 2–3 actuarial papers • Knowledge of US life insurance and life products • Knowledge of US regulations • Universal life experience preferred • Experience with valuation models ideal • Knowledge of MS Office and exposure to actuarial software • Graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Actuarial Science from a reputed institute • Good knowledge of US life insurance, annuity, or pension products • Strong analytical ability • Excellent written and oral communication skills, proofreading and grammar skills • Ability to progress with minimal supervision and manage project target dates
