📋 Description

• Lead the architecture, development, governance, and support of enterprise Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions • Design and maintain semantic models, data marts, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting solutions • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions • Support reporting and analytics for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Project Operations • Develop and optimize Power BI datasets, dataflows, DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, and reporting frameworks • Establish analytics governance, development standards, security models, and deployment best practices • Implement source control, release management, and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps and Git • Ensure data accuracy, performance, reliability, and alignment with authoritative source systems • Monitor and support production analytics environments, including refresh processes, data quality, and platform performance • Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements to analytics capabilities • Mentor developers and analysts while promoting analytics best practices and continuous improvement • Support executive leadership through strategic dashboards, KPI frameworks, and advanced business insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data solutions • 7+ years of hands-on Power BI experience in a complex enterprise environment • Experience serving in a senior, lead, architect, or principal-level analytics role • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Fabric and OneLake • Advanced expertise in DAX and Power Query (M) • Advanced expertise in semantic modeling and dimensional data modeling • Advanced expertise in SQL development and performance optimization • Advanced expertise in data governance and analytics architecture
