📋 Description

• Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer • Develop and execute sales enablement programs covering onboarding, ongoing training, product updates, sales methodologies, and competitive intelligence • Create sales tools and resources, including presentations, demos, battle cards, case studies, and training materials • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on messaging, product updates, and customer insights • Measure enablement effectiveness using key metrics and identify improvement areas • Manage and optimize the sales enablement platform • Analyze and optimize sales processes for efficiency gains • Develop workflows for lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting • Use HubSpot CRM to create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows • Stay current on HubSpot best practices, new features, and industry practices • Support development and execution of sales playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 5+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement within a SaaS or software company • Proven track record of designing, developing, and delivering successful sales enablement programs • Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices • Excellent content creation and communication skills • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually • Experience with sales enablement platforms and CRM systems, such as Hubspot • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze results and make data-backed recommendations • Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented • Experience in the translation and localization industry is a plus
