📋 Description

• Maintain electronic records by updating demographics, entering data from documents, and ensuring accurate chart linking • Review documents for completeness and accuracy • Process documents within required timeframes • Escalate unresolved or problematic cases according to SOPs • Accession lab work and exam components of medical surveillance encounters, including exams, immunizations, lab-only encounters, and drug tests • Perform clerical functions such as faxes and chest X-ray processing • Assist with lab exception reports, including TIQ and NSR Reports • Assist with department fax and mail sorting • Pull, link, and assign records daily in processing systems • Meet company and client deadlines and company goals • Perform additional duties and assume additional responsibilities as identified by the supervisor for efficient operation of WorkCare

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or one to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Attention to detail • Understanding of HIPAA and data privacy • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to create and edit written materials • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy • Strong time management, organizational, and follow-through skills • Ability to meet and exceed daily and weekly individual performance goals • Ability to work independently and assist other team members • Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality • Competence in Windows operating system environment, Adobe Professional, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Ability to learn other software as needed • Typing speed of 35 words per minute with accuracy • Ability to meet Company IT, privacy, and safety requirements for at-home setup • Ability to sit for long periods and work at a desk • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
