• Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners • Build a target account list and partner recruitment strategy • Develop outreach strategies to engage prospective partners • Design and implement WorkCare's partner program infrastructure • Create partner onboarding and training programs • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute partner marketing initiatives • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth • Track partner-generated opportunities from initial engagement through closed business
• 5–8+ years of experience in partnerships, channel development, business development, alliance management, partner marketing • Demonstrated success recruiting and managing external business partners • Experience building programs, processes, or operational frameworks • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced growth environment • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities • Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms
