📋 Description

• Monitor, maintain, and enhance systems to ensure optimal performance • Review system performance, alerts, and notices and take prompt action to prevent downtime • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain end-user computing and telecommunication systems • Assist the Operations team with change management meetings • Assemble knowledge documents • Help with operations projects • Identify ways to better meet internal customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Must be actively pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Network Administration, or a related field • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement • Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures under deadline pressure • Ability to quickly triage problems, identify root causes, and drive issue resolution • Experience with AWS, networks, or servers is a plus • Reliable internet access for periods working remotely outside a Workiva office • Minimal travel
