📋 Description

• Support product managers in evaluating customer and business challenges • Engage with stakeholders and refine product solutions • Work directly with the development team to build and release new features • Support customer research to understand user needs and pain points • Analyze customer usage data under the supervision of senior product managers • Build relationships within the product development team and with other product managers • Contribute ideas to product development • Advocate for customers and uphold high product-quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in a related field • Leadership skills and ability to influence and inspire a team • Self-starter mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction • Ability to develop and communicate product vision to team, peers, and stakeholders • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills • Ability to work collaboratively with constant team communication • Prior experience in software development or a similar field • Minimal travel • Reliable internet access when working remotely outside a Workiva office
