📋 Description

• Provide pre-sales support in developing and presenting Workiva’s platform to prospective clients and current customers • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle by connecting customer outcomes to platform capabilities • Engage customers, prospects, and partners through virtual and onsite meetings • Drive discovery processes and lead product demonstrations • Identify how Workiva solutions address customer and prospect needs • Demonstrate expertise across Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability Reporting • Assist Sales in developing account plans aligned with Workiva strategies and objectives • Conduct process assessments and build proofs of concept to validate requirements • Build and present partner-specific business cases • Work with implementation partners and Workiva Client Services on onboarding and long-term customer success • Develop new use cases or use existing templates to demonstrate solution impact and value proposition • Potentially provide cross-domain coaching, training, or mentoring to peers • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience • Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives at large enterprise customers • Financial Reporting knowledge or strong aptitude and commitment to rapidly developing deep domain expertise • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement • Experience building processes from the ground up, including design, proposal, and cross-functional alignment • Proactive collaboration and feedback to product management teams to capture new customer requirements and enhancements • Ability to solve problems and articulate solutions to business problems with strong communication and presentation skills • Hands-on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures preferred • Experience with high-level technical aspects of connectivity and integration (API) • Capability to gather business needs and present a value-based, compelling software demonstration preferred • Up to 40% travel • Reliable internet access when working remotely • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis • Must complete comprehensive security and privacy training
