📋 Description

• Direct the delivery of projects/programs across multiple divisions within cost, time, and quality requirements • Supervise, support, train, and mentor project managers • Collaborate with Business Development on proposals and bid defense • Supervise employees and conduct performance appraisals and salary reviews as applicable • Apply company policies • Work with leadership across functional areas to develop and improve business processes • Serve as a liaison with Business Development and Bids/Contracts for client presentations and proposal development • Assist with resource utilization, policy development, and implementation of goals

🎯 Requirements

• Strong leadership skills • Strong financial acumen • Expert knowledge of project management principles and application • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and resource management • Process improvement skills, especially in clinical trials, clinical development, and project management • University/college degree, life science preferred, or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of ten (10) years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience, including demonstrated clinical project management competency • Alternatively, more than five (5) years of supervisory experience in a health care setting and eight (8) years of clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industries • Experience managing Rheumatology studies is required
