📋 Description

• Manage and direct the Project Management team within a therapeutic group • Ensure successful conduct of assigned projects • Recruit, train, develop, and conduct performance reviews for personnel • Support strategy and acquisition of new business with business and senior management • Develop and maintain effective client relationships • Oversee overall project financial performance across departments • Oversee development, implementation, and adherence to project plans and performance indicators • Conduct budget reviews and provide financial analysis support • Review and approve strategy, content, and costing of new business proposals • Identify resource needs and meet resource management and utilization targets • Serve as primary contact for assigned sponsor Alliance Partnerships • Lead appointed sub-therapeutic groups • Conduct project and sponsor relationship reviews • Facilitate resolution of sponsor relationship issues • Provide capabilities presentations and attend bid presentations • Ensure project deliverables meet sponsor and company expectations • Participate in company initiatives and perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated excellent leadership skills • Proven financial analytical skills • Sound planning and organizational skills • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills • Effective communication skills in English, both orally and in writing • Proven interpersonal skills • Understanding of clinical research principles and processes • Ability to delegate effectively and prioritize workloads • Cross-cultural awareness and adaptability • Strong marketing and negotiation skills • Experience creating and implementing new processes • Good computer skills • University or college degree (life science preferred), certification in a related allied health profession, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 12 years of global clinical pharmaceutical industry experience • Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated clinical project management and staff management competency • Ability to lead and line manage staff in a global environment • Experience managing global drug development programs • Proven ability to negotiate with clients professionally • Valid passport • Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license • Fluency in the local office language and English, written and verbal • Broad knowledge of the drug development process and client needs
