• Lead strategic business transformation projects within the finance function • Develop innovative finance and operational metrics to enhance profitability and efficiency • Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with long-term business goals • Analyze financial data to inform and improve company-wide decision-making processes
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • CPA or MBA preferred • Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance • Strong background in FP&A, strategic planning, and corporate finance • Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading finance teams and managing large-scale financial projects
