📋 Description

• Hold a portfolio of SMB clients (companies with $3M–$50M in revenue) as their outsourced financial leader. • Own the models, forecasts, dashboards, and KPIs that leadership actually uses. • Help owners and management teams every month translate numbers into decisions. • Push clients on pricing, labor efficiency, and margin improvements. • Contribute to improving the company’s methodology, delivery, and tools with each client engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or an MBA preferred. • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial leadership, with titles such as CFO, Controller, FP&A Director, or Business Owner. • Hands-on experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses ($3M–$100M+ in annual revenue). • Proven ability to drive profitability improvement, margin expansion, and cash flow optimization through financial analysis. • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, dashboards, and analytics tools. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently in a fast-paced consulting environment. • Previous business owner or entrepreneurial experience is considered a strong plus. • Must reside in Texas or Georgia.
