📋 Description

• Manage research activities at investigative sites participating in Worldwide clinical research projects • Support sites throughout the clinical study lifecycle, from identification and start-up through maintenance and closeout • Coordinate study start-up activities, including collecting appropriate regulatory documents and supporting contract and budget negotiations • Conduct study initiation visits and train sites on accurate data collection and safety event reporting • Monitor site activities and help ensure compliance with informed consent, safety reporting, and applicable regulatory requirements • Partner with sites and study teams to address site management needs and support successful study delivery • Travel to investigative sites approximately 8–10 days per month • Collaborate with sites, sponsors, and global study teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university or a Nursing Degree • 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate • Experience in Psychiatry • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including proficiency in English • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with little or no supervision • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems • Residence on the East Coast • Willingness to travel regionally • Experience in full-service monitoring PREFERRED
