📋 Description

• Lead and provide direction to Clinical Research Associates and site management team members throughout the full study lifecycle • Serve as the primary Site Management representative for clinical monitoring and site activities across assigned projects • Act as a key sponsor-facing contact and ensure effective communication throughout study execution • Oversee monitoring deliverables to support study objectives, quality expectations, and budget requirements • Identify and manage out-of-scope activities while communicating potential impacts and solutions • Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of clinical site management activities • Support high-quality study conduct through leadership, guidance, and operational oversight of project teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Nursing Degree • 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations Leader, Clinical Trial Lead, or equivalent role • 4+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate • Ability to travel up to 25% • Valid passport required • Required experience supporting Internal Medicine clinical trials (IMID, Cardio Metabolic, Rare Disease) • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and support remote teams
