📋 Description

• Develop and run RFQ-based trading strategies for tokenized spot equities • Set strategy parameters such as buffers, spreads, and size limits while optimizing for business goals • Price instruments with thin or stale reference prices, including long-tail stocks and extended and overnight sessions • Measure execution quality by benchmarking fills, analyzing markouts, and improving strategies • Monitor positions, inventory levels, and P&L in real time • Flag risks, execute adjustments, and improve tooling and monitoring • Integrate with traditional brokerage venues and onchain programs to fill trades and rebalance inventory • Manage capital and write production code for trading strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trading at a market maker, OTC desk, prop firm or brokerage, with professional experience specifically trading spot equities • Experience developing RFQ systems • Rigorous approach to risk management, including tracking exposure and thoughtful hedging • Self-directed and adaptable, comfortable operating with autonomy in a remote-first environment • Strong analytical and software engineering skills, e.g. Rust • Work authorization in the location where you work • Ability to work 10-6PM US Eastern Time
