📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end flow of creative projects, from intake to final delivery • Coordinate communication between clients and design teams to ensure alignment • Track project timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple initiatives • Organize and maintain systems for efficient job trafficking and workflow management • Review incoming requests and assign tasks based on team capacity and deadlines • Ensure quality control and consistency before delivering final assets to clients • Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and turnaround times • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to support campaign execution

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in creative production, project coordination, or job trafficking • Strong understanding of creative workflows and production processes • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and design collaboration tools • Familiarity with email builders such as HubSpot or similar platforms • Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing structure • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or similar
