âą Follow up with inbound and warm leads via phone, text, and email âą Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through appointment scheduling âą Answer questions, address concerns, and guide prospects toward informed decisions âą Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system âą Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure a smooth handoff to internal teams âą Uphold patient privacy, confidentiality, and trust at all times âą Communicate professionally and empathetically with prospective patients
