📋 Description

• Review, summarize, and evaluate graduate school admissions applications for Master-level Social Work and Social Policy programs • Read and evaluate professional and volunteer experiences, undergraduate and post-baccalaureate academics, writing, and essays • Holistically analyze applicant experiences and accomplishments in context • Consider and summarize applicants’ individual circumstances, contributions, and personal histories • Perform initial file reviews to assess requirement completion • Prepare objective summaries and recommendations using admissions guidelines and rubrics • Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the admissions review process • Attend required reviewer training and calibration sessions • Work independently and in a timely manner from November through April, averaging 10–15 hours per week

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent high school certification, or combination of education and/or experience • 3 years of administrative work experience • Access to a personal computer and high-speed internet • Ability to attend required training sessions in late October • Availability from November through April • Ability to work independently and in a timely manner • Ability to follow admissions guidelines, review rubrics, and maintain confidentiality • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree • Preferred skills include computer literacy, confidential data handling, CRM, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, relational database querying, project coordination, and deadline management
