📋 Description

• Collaborating with the Director of Business Operations and Department of Neurology leadership to provide analysis and reporting on monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis to meet the needs of the department. • Completing monthly reports for Business Office, physicians, and managers. • Establishing user reports for data frequently requested. • Assisting department in meeting information needs through standards reports and queries. • Providing data and participating in the annual budget process and strategic planning process. • Analyzing volume trends and preparing forecasts for department leadership, JOSP, and affiliated hospitals for future planning purposes. • Providing timely and accurate ad hoc reports for Chairman, Business Office, physicians, and managers. • Working closely with Assistant Business Manager and Research Administrator to meet current reporting needs and develop reports based on the needs of the department. • Serving as department’s Reporting super user for EPIC.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • No specific certification/professional license is required for this position. • No specific work experience is required for this position. • Knowledge and experience in MEIS, GE (preferred). • Analytical Thinking • Epic Systems • Financial Reporting and Analysis • Financial Systems • Human Resources (HR) Software Systems • IBI WebFocus • IBM Cognos Reporting • Interpersonal Communication • Oral Communications • Risk Management Information Systems • Spreadsheet Software • Written Communication
