• Maintain physician, patient, providers and staff scheduling systems • Initiate/maintain clinical, non-clinical and surgical electronic schedules • Coordinate with clinical supervisors to optimize scheduling system utility • Develop new functions and innovative uses of system and install system upgrades • Generate reports and master schedules for physicians, providers, patients and staff • Coordinate scheduling with billing IDX dictionaries • Troubleshoot system for all users • Conduct audits to maintain effective use of systems • Participate in department/university meetings to ensure scheduling system meets needs and objectives • May supervise assigned staff
• High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience • 3 years of Medical Office Scheduling experience • Not Applicable skills • Driver's license is not required
