📋 Description

• Provide high-quality physics-focused data annotations, labels, and inputs to enhance Grok • Evaluate model outputs and identify errors in physical reasoning or underlying assumptions • Produce clear, rigorous solutions and explanations • Use proprietary software applications to annotate and label data • Deliver accurate, well-curated datasets meeting project standards • Help train and develop new tasks in collaboration with technical teams • Improve annotation tools and workflows with technical staff • Guide AI models in solving complex scientific problems and support physics research and discovery • Select and solve physics problems across diverse areas and critically evaluate AI-generated responses • Interpret and execute tasks according to guidelines, technical requirements, and project instructions

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in physics or a highly related field • English proficiency at CEFR C1 level or higher • Demonstrated expertise in one or more physics subfields, including condensed matter physics, high-energy physics, nuclear physics, AMO physics, quantum computing and information, computational physics, mathematical physics, or biophysics • Multiple publications in reputable, peer-reviewed scientific journals, preferably including first-author publications • Strong research skills and proficiency in scientific literature, specialized databases, and online information resources • Strong reading comprehension and critical-thinking skills • Previous experience in AI tutoring, AI model evaluation, or related AI applications • Teaching or tutoring experience at university or secondary education level, or equivalent professional instructional experience • Experience in technical writing, science journalism, scientific communication, or other professional writing environments • US-based candidates must be located outside Wyoming and Illinois • Candidates must not require visa sponsorship
