📋 Description

• Installing and baselining/debugging new CNC equipment systems • Training new customers and operators on equipment operation and procedures • Maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting existing equipment systems • Performing data analysis to assess machinery performance • Documenting machine safety, maintenance, and operational reports • Reading and interpreting layout, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams/schematics • Collaborating with engineers, service managers, and customers • Providing accurate and thorough reporting on project progress and completion

🎯 Requirements

• Foundation of engineering technical knowledge such as a degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET) (preferred, but not required) • Strong hands-on experience with mechanical systems and troubleshooting • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams (layout/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic) • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills • Experience in machine installations, training, and service for CNC machine tools • Excellent communication and reporting skills • Self-motivated with strong customer-service orientation • Ability to problem solve methodically, and provide logical solutions. • Must live within one hour of a major U.S. airport
