📋 Description

• In charge of mission control for mobile drivers as a Remote Dispatcher • Making timetables and fixing issues as they arise • Ensuring smooth operations and keeping everything on schedule • Primary point of contact for drivers and clients • Maintain accurate records, communications, and logs • Utilize communication channels, GPS technology, and dispatch software to inform internal teams and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Be a legal US resident and capable of working in the US • Proficient in using email, phone, and text messages in a clear and professional manner • Able to set priorities and juggle multiple projects with ease • Strong technical skills, trained to use routing or dispatch systems • Adept at making quick judgments and addressing problems • Reliable and precise, excels under pressure • Happy to work all hours, including Sundays and nights if required • Familiarity with Samsara or Verizon Connect, logistics, emergency dispatch, fleet coordination, or transportation experience
