• Own the overarching marketing vision, roadmap, and OKRs across Brand, Growth, Social, and B2B. • Architect localized, multi-market go-to-market strategies respecting unique cultural nuances. • Partner directly with the CEO and C-suite as the primary marketing liaison. • Own XCEED’s global positioning, narrative, and identity. • Scale PR, thought leadership, and industry presence for XCEED. • Guide high-impact owned events and partnerships. • Oversee performance marketing, CRM automation, and optimization across the user funnel. • Champion a strict, dashboard-driven culture of attribution and reporting. • Lead, mentor, and scale leadership across Partnerships, Social, Brand, and Growth.
• Proven track record as a CMO, VP, or Head of Marketing scaling high-growth, multi-market platforms (marketplaces, SaaS-enabled networks, ticketing, entertainment, or local discovery hybrids). • Deep affinity for or experience in nightlife, music, festivals, or entertainment. • Rare ability to balance high-level creative judgment with aggressive growth discipline. • Complete comfort owning a complex P&L, forecasting budgets, and mapping marketing outcomes directly to top-line business growth and GMV contribution. • Proven experience building, coaching, and managing high-performing marketing teams. • Full professional fluency in English. • Additional European languages are a strong asset.
