• Serve as the clinical liaison across chronic care and telehealth channel partner relationships • Define data needs, set expectations, and translate clinical and operational requirements into workable plans aligned with platform capabilities • Act as the subject matter expert on chronic disease management and clinical data during partner meetings and external engagements • Lead partner conversations on data quality and extractor validation • Explain how the Clinical Clarity Engine surfaces chronic disease history, including diagnoses, medications, labs, and comorbidities • Advise partner programs on interpretation, provenance, and internal use of clinical data produced through validated extractors • Bring partner requirements to Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to shape chronic care features and data offerings • Collaborate with channel partners on case studies of new and emerging health technology • Lead joint publications and thought leadership with partners and external clinicians • Represent xCures at conferences and health tech venues, presenting how the platform advances chronic care through emerging health technology • Support the business development team • Report to the Vice President of Scientific and Medical Affairs
• Active clinical licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA); an MD, DO, or other advanced clinical degree also qualifies • Superior written and verbal communication • Working knowledge of chronic disease management across common conditions (e.g., diabetes, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease) • 4+ years of combined clinical practice and stakeholder-facing experience (medical affairs, clinical liaison, or clinical program roles) • Ability to translate complex clinical and scientific concepts into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences • Working knowledge of electronic medical records and the healthcare data landscape (e.g., HIE, QHIN, TEFCA) • Understanding of data quality principles, validation processes, and how to assess the provenance and limits of clinical data • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clinical leaders, executives, and internal cross-functional teams • Track record of managing multiple complex, unrelated projects at once, with strong organizational and time management skills • Comfort working remotely and with virtual collaboration platforms • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-phase startup environment • Direct clinical experience caring for patients with chronic conditions (bonus) • Experience working with structured clinical data (bonus) • Experience supporting telehealth or virtual care organizations, or working within a channel partner model (bonus) • Familiarity with value-based care, population health, or chronic care management programs (bonus) • Familiarity with the regulatory landscape governing clinical data use in healthcare (bonus) • Must already have authorization to work in the United States • xCures does not offer sponsorship
