📋 Description

• Lead and oversee accounting operations for clients, including month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls • Ensure GAAP compliance, accurate technical accounting, and high-quality financial reporting • Serve as primary liaison with external auditors and support audit processes • Provide financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting in support of client objectives • Partner with technology teams on ERP/accounting system design and implementation • Act as the key point of contact for executives, boards, and private equity stakeholders • Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance teams to ensure excellence in deliverables • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and the scope of services • Support strategic FP&A initiatives (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis) as needed

🎯 Requirements

• CPA required; Big 4 or public accounting experience strongly preferred • Corporate accounting leadership also considered • 7–15 years of progressive accounting and finance experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s a plus) • Expertise in month-end close, technical accounting, financial reporting, and audits • Exposure to FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting is a plus • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and financial reporting systems • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships
