📋 Description

• Lead monitoring and control of mainframe production environments • Perform advanced operational tasks, including complex job recovery, system coordination, and troubleshooting • Serve as the primary escalation point for incidents, outages, and operational exceptions • Guide, coach, and mentor Junior Mainframe Operations Resources during training and on the job activities • Coordinate with system programmers, application teams, and infrastructure teams during incidents and changes • Support change management, releases, maintenance windows, and disaster recovery activities • Review and improve runbooks, procedures, and operational documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience supporting mainframe production operations • Proven ability to ensure system stability, availability, and compliance with operational and security standards • Demonstrated leadership during high-severity incidents, including coordination, escalation, and resolution • Experience mentoring junior resources and providing technical guidance • Strong focus on operational excellence
