📋 Description

• Partner with clients to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Translate business requirements into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations solutions • Configure and implement functionality for project planning, resource management and scheduling, budgeting and forecasting, time and expense management, project costing, billing, and project financial tracking • Lead client discovery sessions and workshops • Understand current-state processes, identify business needs, and recommend solutions and best practices • Guide clients through process design and configuration decisions • Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and solution architects on integrations with enterprise applications • Develop functional specifications, business process documentation, configuration documentation, and user guides • Lead functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and solution validation • Identify and troubleshoot functional issues during implementation and deployment • Deliver end-user training and support client adoption • Provide functional support during implementation, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization • Partner with project managers and delivery team members to support project execution and client outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree • 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or in a similar client-facing consulting role • Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations • Strong understanding of project-based business processes, including project planning, resource management and scheduling, budgeting and forecasting, time and expense management, project costing, billing, and project financial tracking • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional solutions • Experience leading or supporting client discovery sessions, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, training, and go-live activities • Experience working with integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations and other enterprise applications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively work with both business and technical stakeholders • Government contracting (GovCon) industry experience • Experience leading or delivering full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations implementations • Experience implementing Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions or other project-based services solutions • Experience with other Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, Microsoft Power Platform, or related Microsoft technologies • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications • Previous consulting experience with a Microsoft Partner or professional services organization • Applicants must be U.S. Citizens and reside in the United States due to federal security clearance requirements • XTIVIA cannot transfer or sponsor a work visa for this position
