📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate all construction-related material activities for network projects • Ensure Bill of Materials requirements are accurately tracked, ordered, and delivered • Ensure materials are available to support field construction activities and site readiness milestones • Work closely with construction managers, engineering teams, vendors, warehouses, and construction partners • Proactively mitigate risks so material availability does not impact project timelines • Use Excel and tracking systems to manage logistics data and project reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience overseeing materials within a construction or engineering environment • Strong tracking, delivery management, and supply chain coordination skills • Direct experience interpreting and managing complex Bills of Materials • Technical understanding or background in telecom network deployments • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines across multiple stakeholders • Advanced Microsoft Excel reporting skills • Experience with One Vision or similar data management tools is highly preferred • Occasional off-hours support may be required • Minimal travel required, generally less than 10%
