📋 Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities • Build and maintain client relationships • Create and implement sales strategies • Meet and exceed sales targets • Conduct market research and analysis • Manage and grow existing client accounts • Provide customer service and support • Upsell and cross-sell products and services • Address and resolve client concerns or issues • Maintain accurate client interaction and sales activity records • Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge • Promote and educate clients on new products and services • Assist with marketing materials and campaigns • Participate in trade shows and promotional events • Provide product development feedback • Prepare sales reports and forecasts • Manage the CRM database • Coordinate sales meetings and presentations • Handle invoicing and payment processing • Monitor and track sales expenses and budgets • Mentor and train junior sales staff • Work with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, implement corrective actions, and ensure regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with at least 4 years experience, or equivalent work experience • Proficiency in sales tools and software (e.g., SalesForce, CRM systems) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and plans • Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Travel requirements: 60–75%
